Comic Explosion Rings, by Gee Whiz Acrylics, $20 each.
Holy onomatopoeia, Batman! Since many of you have inquired about the BAM!/POW! rings that I made for my Robin costume, you guys should check out Gee Whiz Acrylics on Etsy. Gee Whiz has a stellar variety of acrylic comic onomatopoeia rings to give your punches a dash of 60’s Batman charm.
Waaaaaaaaaaant! I hope there’s a ZAP!, I’ve always been kinda fond of that one, as well as BIFF! (which means steak in Swedish, hahaha) and obviously POW! too.

Since I’ve gotten a fair amount of inquiries about comic-themed lingerie, I did some sleuthing and finally tracked down some more information on the Batman/Superman bras that have been circulating around Tumblr. Unfortunately, I don’t think that the Bat-bra is lined with Kevlar, nor do I believe that the Superbra is bulletproof.
Anyway, while I’d love to own that Bat-bra, I think I may just opt to iron-on/screenprint bats on all of my underthings instead.
